In a context of great prestige in the Mantuan countryside, this intervention provides, in addition to energy efficiency and external redevelopment of the main villa, the expansion of the outbuilding and the complete overhaul of the portion of the park in which the swimming pool is located, through the construction of a relaxation area below the water level, a sundeck and an outdoor area. As General Contractor, we also dealt primarily with the conception of the functional layout, which lies at the origin of the project, up to the 'turnkey' delivery of the furnished property.
